08B Atletico Blue Finalists at MVLA Winter Cup

[18 December, 2018 by Team Manager Suzanne Kuo] Playing up an age group (and having fun with pink hair), MVLA 08B Atletico Blue were finalists in the top U12 division at MVLA Winter Cup. In pool play, they beat Richmond United Juventus 2-1 and Palo Alto 07B Platinum 5-2. In the semifinal, they defeated East Palo Alto Chivitas 1-0 to set up a rematch against Richmond United in the finals, where Atletico lost the hard-fought battle 1-0.
